This Policy is published in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

We share personal data only as needed to run the service: delivery and logistics partners (to complete your delivery), the payment gateway (to process payments/refunds), cloud hosting and analytics/crash-reporting providers (bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms), and government or regulatory authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active and thereafter for the period required to meet our tax, accounting and consumer-dispute record-keeping obligations under Indian law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
You can view and edit your profile and saved addresses inside the App at any time, turn off promotional notifications under Settings, and request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent for its processing, by writing to our Grievance Officer (Section 9). We will act on a verified request within the timelines set out in applicable law. Withdrawing consent may limit our ability to process orders you have already placed.
We use reasonable security practices — encryption in transit, access controls and OTP-based authentication — to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, and we encourage you to keep your device and OTPs confidential.
The App is intended for users who are 18 years or older, or minors using it under the supervision of a parent/guardian whose account and payment details are used. We do not knowingly collect data directly from unsupervised children.
